Last fall I photographed an amazing townhouse in Annapolis. It has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and is just over 2,100 square feet. It has been completely updated. It has everything a buyer could want in a townhome. The kitchen is gorgeous and boasts stainless steel appliances, new countertops, and modern light fixtures. The main level also has hardwood floors that give the open living room/dining room/kitchen combination a spacious feel. The elevated living room has a sliding door that leads to a balcony with great views. Upstairs there is a loft area that would make the perfect home office. The primary bedroom is right off the loft. It has new carpet, ample closet space and a luxurious primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a modern double sink with sleek black drawers. The large shower is surrounded by marble tile and includes a wide shelf. If all of that wasn’t enough, the townhouse includes a 35-foot deeded deep water boat slip. During the session I was able to take the drone up and take a few photos from above. The location of the townhouse can’t be beat. It’s right on the water and gives easy access to the bay.
