6801 Youngstown Ave., Dundalk MD Real Estate Photography Session

Last fall I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely colonial in Dundalk. It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and is just over 1,200 square feet. It has great curb appeal! I love the huge porch that greets you before you enter the home. It’s the perfect place for sipping coffee and watching the world go by. Upon entering, the beautiful staircase is the first feature you see. It harks back to the early 1900’s. The house was built in 1928 so it is almost 100 years old. The updates make it seem like a brand new home. The best part of the house is the kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island. It’s the perfect kitchen for the discerning chef. The rest of the house matches the elegance of the first floor. It boasts brand new carpets and an updated bathroom.
