Last winter, I had the pleasure of photographing a stunning apartment on Maryland Avenue in downtown Annapolis, a true blend of historic charm and modern elegance. With 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 pristine bathrooms, and 1,305 square feet of luxurious living space, this apartment is a rare find. Built in 1880, the building retains its historic allure while offering all the comforts of contemporary living.

As you step into the apartment, the first thing you'll notice is the soaring high ceilings, which create an airy and open feel throughout the space. The 11-foot windows flood the apartment with natural light, casting a warm and inviting glow on the rich mahogany floors that add an undeniable touch of sophistication.
