Last winter, I had the pleasure of photographing a charming townhome in Hyattsville that truly captures the essence of modern living. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2,700 square feet, this townhome has so much to offer.

The open-concept main level is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The spacious living room is bathed in natural light, highlighting the beautiful tray ceilings and a striking hand-painted accent wall that adds a unique touch of character. Just off the living room, you'll find a cozy balcony—ideal for sipping your morning coffee while soaking in the fresh air.
