Last summer I photographed a quaint split level home in Upper Marlboro. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 930 square feet. It had been recently updated with new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The entrance leads up to the main level where there is a large living room that leads into the newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful white countertops and cabinets. There is a spacious deck off of the dining room that leads out to the large backyard. The backyard and deck are perfect for entertaining family and friends. The primary bedroom includes a newly renovated bathroom which includes new backsplash, new vanities and new stainless steel fixtures. There is so much to love about this house!
